Ok, I'm not too sure why I feel kind of crazy putting AJ in my headine, lol. I mean, he sat with us for all of 35 minutes, lol. But hey, that was enough for me! I saw him at the 2010 Soul Train Awards and I THINK I spoke! I may not have, it was all a blur. I just couldn't believe I was there! But that's neither here nor there!
We were all waiting on Ms. Reid to pop in and when she opened the door, there he stood! He glided...er...walked in all smooth and said 'Hey.' I think it was the best greeting I've ever received in my life, lol. So he sit's down and Ms. Reid began hammering him with questions to answer for us! Lol, it was epic and hilarious! I imagine they argue all the time! He talked about a lot of thing's, but I didn't really take the moment to really investigate him and his career, there was more of a relaxed vibe to me. He was very cool. He was extremely funny, charming and quick on his feet with the jokes! Gotta love that! Someone asked him what his next venture is, he said 'Soft porn.' The room got quiet for a minute and bursted out n laughter afterwards.
I really do hope that we have the opportunity to see him again! He had a show to do so he had to run, but he seemed so cool! Company like that is what you want to be around, I tell you that much!
Earlier in the day, we were standing downstairs and saw HISTORY! We saw
Ben Vereen! If you couldn't tell from the link, he was chicken George in
Roots and Will Smith's biological dad in
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Seeing him today was amazing to me! He looked so good! 65?! He looked amazing and he winked at me! :-)
On another note, Morton and I co-produce the TJMS tomorrow morning. Pray for us!
